The ideal candidate is someone with strong communication and interpersonal skills, great administrative skills, and an eye for detail. The Office Manager assists with financial duties, office management and staff support, and duties related to our Board of Directors. This work is the backbone of our organization allowing the YCRCD to deliver crtically valuable programs in the region. The Office Manager, working under the supervision of the Executive Director, works on a day to day basis with the Financial Manager to complete financial duties and with the Executive Director on board, staff, and office support duties. This full time, non-exempt position has a pay range of $50,000 to $65,000 annually with medical, dental, vision, and retirement benefits.
