Local Working Group Meeting: July 29th at 3 PM via Zoom
The USDA NRCS Woodland Office and Yolo County RCD are hosting a Local Working Group Meeting on July 29, 2024 via Zoom from 3:00 PM to 4:30 PM. If you’re an agricultural producer, private oak woodland landowner, local environmental organization, or another interest carrying out ag and natural resource conservation in Yolo County, then you’re invited to attend the Local Working Group Meeting. These meetings are an opportunity for folks to provide input and recommendations and learn more about USDA NRCS and RCD conservation activities and programs.

Agenda
The Local Working Group will feature presentations on various USDA NRCS and RCD programs including on-farm conservation, ranch conservation, community wildfire prevention, and irrigation efficiency evaluation. The meeting is an opportunity to meet with your partners in conservation in Yolo County and to learn how you can take advantage of programs to implement conservation strategies on your land.
