Located in Woodland, California, the Yolo County Resource Conservation District (RCD) is a special district of the State of California dedicated to protecting and restoring the natural resources of Yolo County. Since 1955, we’ve been helping people help the land—working alongside local landowners, residents, organizations, agencies, and regional partners to advance conservation across our watersheds.
Through strategic conservation projects and programs, as well as conservation planning and watershed coordination services, we bring people together to address local environmental challenges and create lasting solutions.
