The RCD Board of Directors consists of local farmers and landowners within the District who are personally and publicly committed to effective natural resource management on their own lands and in the region. The RCD Board is governed by Section 9 of the State Resources Code and acts in accordance with the Brown Act. Meetings are held on the second Wednesday of every month at 5pm at the RCD office in Woodland. Each director is publicly-elected and serves a term of 4 years.
